Cece Scott has studied photography at Ryerson University as well as with Rocky Mountain Photography on Martha’s Vineyard.

Her artist shows include Fusilli’s Restaurant on Queen Street East; Contact Photography Festival 2006 (Gladstone Hotel; Contact Photography Festival 2007 (Cornerstone Fine Furniture, Toronto); Contact Photography Festival 2009 (New Orleans Seafood & Steak House); Steam Whistle Brewery Gallery, February 2007; On The Curve Restaurant, (Month of Photography, Mississauga) September 2007, Richview Library, October, 2009.

Cece’s photographs are held in several private collections across Canada. Cece is a photographic participant in the prestigious Photo Sensitive’s Cancer project which launched at Toronto City Hall in May 2008, travelling across Canada to arrive in Vancouver 2010 as well as Photo Sensitive’s Energy Project, 2011.

Fictionalized to protect the identities of those involved, the narratives between Class Lessons  shine a spotlight on the vulnerability of youth living in heart-breaking circumstances.  It is a collection collection seeks to highlight a broad range of needs while also reinforcing the way forward through school-community partnerships.
